Roundup Lawsuit Information
Have you or a loved one regularly worked around the pesticide Roundup for at least two years?
Have you been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma or other cancers?
If so, you may be entitled to monetary damages.
What is Roundup?
Roundup is an herbicide (weed killer) manufactured by the Monsanto corporation.
Roundup’s main active ingredient is glyphosate
Glyphosate is an herbicide used to dry and kill weeds and grasses that compete with many different kinds of agricultural crops.
Glyphosate is a non-selective herbicide. Non-selective means it kills most plants.
Both farmers and individuals spray roundup on their crops or in their gardens throughout the year to protect them against weeds and other undesirable foliage that may have a damaging effect on their harvest.

Roundup weed killer is popular and widely used
During 2013 and 2014, it is estimated sales of Monsanto’s Roundup reached $994 million, leaving countless people exposed to the carcinogenic chemicals contained in the product.
The Dangers Associated With Monsanto’s Roundup Herbicide
Recent and ongoing research has indicated glyphosate is directly connected to the development of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, among other dangerous cancers.
- Farmers and individuals who use Roundup to tend to their personal gardens face the risks of developing cancer.
- Consumers can become exposed to cancer-causing glyphosate if they consume crops grown with Roundup.
The World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has issued a warning that the primary ingredient used in Roundup, glyphosate, is likely to cause cancer.
Monsanto Did Not Warn of the Dangers of Roundup with Glyphosate
Despite scientific research data and the World Health Organization’s warning that Roundup exposure can cause cancer, agrochemical corporate giant Monsanto failed to warn those who purchased and regularly used the product of its potential to cause cancer when used on a regular basis.
As a result, lawsuits are now being filed against the manufacturer.
Yours could be one of them.

What is non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma?
Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma is a catch-all term to describe a group of related cancers that attack the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is responsible for:
- Removing fluid from bodily tissues
- Transporting white blood cells to and from the lymph nodes in the bones
When the lymphatic system is compromised, it can lead to dangerous, and sometimes deadly, side effects.
Symptoms of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma can include:
- Swollen lymph nodes
- Pain in the abdomen
- Swelling in the belly/abdomen
- Pain in the chest
- Fever
- Night sweats
- Loss of appetite
- Unexpected weight loss
- Anemia
- Excessive fatigue
- Shortness of breath
Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma is classified in four stages depending on its spread and severity:
Stage I – Early
The cancer has only been found in one lymph node or one single area around/outside the lymph node.
Stage II – Locally Advanced
The cancer has been found in two or more lymph nodes on either the right or left side of the diaphragm.
Stage III – Advanced
The cancer has been found in lymph nodes both above and below the diaphragm.
Stage IV – Widespread
The cancer has spread to several other areas of the body apart from the lymph nodes, including the liver, blood, bone marrow, and other tissues
Treatment of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
Treatment for non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma depends on the stage of the patient’s cancer. Treatment methods can include various invasive procedures, including:
- Radiation therapy
- Chemotherapy
- Stem-Cell Transplants
If you or a loved one has been injured by exposure to Roundup and glyphosate, you may be entitled to financial compensation for your losses. You need experienced attorneys on your side.
A Texas Personal Injury Law Firm That Knows What You’re Up Against
Roundup Injury Lawsuits Can Be Very Complex to Prove
Winning a mass tort lawsuit for injuries caused by hazardous cancer-causing chemicals like glyphosate in the Roundup weed killer can involve proving that its manufacturer Monsanto did not properly warn people taking it of the potential risks.
That can include investigating medical studies, corporate publications and using testimony from experts on how the medication caused an injury. This is not easily done, particularly when drug companies show up with an army of lawyers.
But battling bullies is what Justinian & Associates does.
