That goal comes from our founder, Justinian Lane.

Like all our attorneys, Justinian is driven first by personal experiences with injustice. Growing up in Texas, a number of his older family members died because of asbestos exposure, as well defective prescription drugs.

The painful experiences Justinian went through have given him a unique perspective on the needs of those who come to his firm.

It also fueled his passion for this area of law and drove him to earn his JD at Michigan State University Law School and found Justinian & Associates back in Texas.

Justinian has always felt the deck is stacked against regular people in favor of large corporations and the wealthy. But he believes everyone, big or small, deserves the same measure of justice. Because he understands the stakes.

After decades of experience in delivering justice and millions of dollars to injured victims, Justinian has the knowledge and skills to win against big defendants.

But he doesn’t do it alone. He has a team.
